Qn. How many days advance notice must i have to place an order?

Ans: Customers need to give us 2 days advance notice. Example, if you want your order on Saturday, you need to place your order by Thursday of the same week or before. You can place your order much earlier and specify when you will want your order.

Qn. Do you have a minimum order for 'Free delivery?'

Ans: We have no minimum order, meaning you have the option to order just 1 dish. However, we do not offer Free Delivery, kindly refer to our delivery charges on our website.

Qn. Can I self pick-up my order?

Ans: Yes, we welcome you to do so. Self Pick-Up of orders is Free, the pick-up address is 39 Jalan Ampang Singapore 268625.

Qn. I've placed my order and want to add on more items, is it possible?

Ans: Yes you can, you can just put in another order, make payment and let us know. Please give us at least 1 day's notice.

Qn. How do I make payment for my order.

Ans: You can place your order on our website, we accept Visa, Mastercard and PayNow payments.

Qn. Can we have this dish for specifically X no. of pax or do smaller portions?

Ans: Our portions are fixed. 

Qn. Is your food spicy? Our children can’t take spicy food.

Ans: Our food is mild spicy, nothing overly spicy. Non spicy dishes would be KL Char Siew, Chap chye and Itek Sio and some others. Do refer to our menu. 

Qn. Do you provide steam rice?

Ans: Unfortunately we don’t, customers will have to cook their own rice.

Qn. Your Chendol is served chilled , how will it come in, do you provide shaved ice for it?

Ans: No ice will be provided, we recommend customers to prepare some ice-cubes prior to consuming the Chendol. Our Chendol will not need shaved iced.

Qn. Can you pack the Rojak/Chendol components separately?

Ans: Yes we do pack them separately.

Green Chendol, Kidney Beans, Coconut Milk and Gula Melaka each have its own containers. For the Rojak as well, the Fruits, Bang Kwang etc, Rojak Sauce, Yew Tiao and Peanuts are all packed separately in containers.
