Our Prawn and Pork Rib Noodle Soup is the ultimate! Our soup base using pork and chicken bones, prawn head shells fried in lard is slow simmered and prepared the day before. Each order comes with 1.5 KG large ocean prawns (packed in ice), 1.5 KG baby-back pork ribs, yellow noodles, bee hoon, kang kong, bean sprouts in a robust pork and prawn stock accompanied by freshly prepared pork lard bits, chilli powder, freshly fried shallots and chilli padi.
Standard Portion serves 12 pax ($240)
- No minimum order required. Meaning you can order just 1 dish.
- 2-Days advance order is required for all our Home Catering Orders.
- Example if you want the order for Sunday, you will need to order by Friday latest.
- Please specify the date and time you want your order delivered or pick-up at checkout (e.g. 9 August 2020 at 6pm).
- For orders, customer can arrange for self pick-up or we can help you arrange for delivery (charges paid by customer).
